Categories to verify for the specific case.
- Productive business: industrial, commercial or service activities with an appropriate business and employment plan.
- Tourism: creating, acquiring or developing a tourism venture.
- Real estate: acquisition, development or operation for an economic purpose; a purchase alone is not sufficient.
- Financial instruments: investments assessed for their fit with the investor route and your broader plans.
AVR assesses the category, organises the economic and personal evidence, and coordinates the agreed steps. Your individual proposal defines the scope; the authority decides.
