Julio David Perez Cimas founded and built an industrial basalt production company in Paraguay with around 30 employees. His responsibility covered quarry development, drilling and blasting, extraction and processing, machinery, personnel, safety, logistics, quality control and sales for road and building construction.

Julio David Perez Cimas

Entrepreneur with a business and legal studies background and many years of international sales and trade experience. In Paraguay, he founded and built an industrial basalt production company, from quarry development and drilling-and-blasting operations to processing and sales for road and building construction. As AVR’s founder, he is responsible for its strategic architecture and the coordination of complex engagements.

Strategic leadership

Julio David Perez Cimas founded Atlas Vision Residency on the conviction that a move to South America cannot be treated as an isolated change of place. Personal presence, enterprise, capital, family and different jurisdictions must be considered as one connected structure. Together with Julia Perez Cimas, he leads AVR’s strategic direction and coordinates the required professional and implementation partners.

Education and legal perspective

After completing secondary education, he studied business administration with a focus on international trade, followed by law with an examination focus on medical criminal law.

International trade and sales

He spent many years working abroad in sales for an internationally active German company and, during his studies, worked in customs processing for an international logistics company.

Entrepreneurial experience in Paraguay

In Paraguay, he founded and developed an industrial basalt production company. His responsibilities extended from establishing the quarry and managing drilling and blasting, extraction, crushing, screening and grading to machinery, personnel, occupational safety, logistics, quality control and the sale of aggregates for road and building construction.

He is the central operational interface between the prepared client structure and implementation in Paraguay, coordinating steps on the ground and practical solutions when procedures present unusual obstacles.

Paraguayan lawyer and Magister in Criminal and Procedural Law with more than 25 years of professional experience. After ten years as legal adviser to INDERT, he supports AVR as a legal professional partner on Paraguayan legal, land and procedural matters.
