Right of withdrawal

Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal for this distance service contract, the consumer may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. For services, the period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded. Mandatory law of the consumer’s country remains controlling.

Sending the communication before the applicable period expires is sufficient.

Effects

Where the statutory withdrawal rules apply, payments received under the contract are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If the consumer expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for the part already performed may be payable where the applicable legal requirements are met.

For a service contract, the withdrawal right ends after full performance only where the consumer expressly requested the early start and acknowledged the consequence before performance began. For the Strategy Call, full performance comprises SC-1 live analysis and SC-2 strategy memorandum.
