2. Hosting and technical logs

The final site is intended to be hosted with Hostinger. On access, technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested resource, transferred volume, referrer, browser, operating system and status or error data are processed for secure and stable delivery. The exact contracting entity, server and backup locations, processing agreement and log retention are verified in the production account before publication.

3. Local resources, video and cookies

Fonts, images, logos and the quarry video are served by the application itself. No YouTube, Vimeo, map, social-media, advertising or analytics component is loaded. Under the intended configuration, the information site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Any later change requires an updated notice and, where necessary, prior consent control.

4. Email contact

When you email us, we process your name, sender address, content, time and delivery data to respond, take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract. The info@atlasvisionresidency.com mailbox is operated through Hostinger Email. Do not send passports, tax files, banking information, health data or other sensitive documents in an open first contact.

5. Strategy Call and contract evidence

We process name, email, selected timing route, timestamp, version of information accepted and, only for a requested early start, both separate declarations. The purposes are contract preparation and performance, legal information duties and evidence. The public route does not request sensitive mandate documents.

6. Electronic withdrawal function

We process name, email, any contract or payment reference supplied, declaration text, time of receipt and generated reference to handle the withdrawal and provide electronic confirmation.

7. Stripe payment

After completing the AVR booking process, the user is deliberately redirected to a Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe then processes data necessary for payment, authentication, fraud prevention and billing under its displayed information. AVR does not embed a Stripe script, Buy Button or tracking pixel and does not store full card or online-banking credentials. Mercury is solely ISAVICTINA LLC’s internal settlement infrastructure and not a public payment destination.

8. Mandates, recipients and sensitive data

After a mandate is formed, necessary data may be shared with responsible legal, tax, accounting or procedural professionals and with participating authorities or institutions. Sensitive data is requested only where necessary for a defined purpose and supported by a valid legal basis. Personal data is not sold or shared for advertising.

9. International transfers

ISAVICTINA LLC is established in the United States and implementation may involve Paraguay, Argentina or other countries. Each transfer is limited to what is necessary and documented using the applicable mechanism, including adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or a relevant statutory derogation. Whether an EU representative must be appointed under Article 27 GDPR remains a mandatory pre-go-live legal gate; details will be added if appointment is required.

10. Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the enquiry, contract, withdrawal, legal defence and statutory duties. Contract, payment and tax evidence may be retained for applicable legal periods.

11. Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent for the future. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Requests go to info@atlasvisionresidency.com.

12. Automated decisions and AI assistance

Mandate acceptance, refusal and professional assessment are not made solely by automated means. Any later AI assistance for drafting emails requires separate technical and legal approval; messages are not sent without human approval.

13. External social-media links

The footer contains ordinary external links to activated AVR profiles and the editorially associated YouTube channel. Merely visiting the AVR site does not embed platform content, load platform scripts or set platform cookies. Only after a deliberate click does the user leave the AVR site, at which point the respective platform’s privacy information applies.

14. Version status

Implementation version: 1 September 2026. Before go-live, this notice is rechecked against the actual Hostinger, Stripe, email, retention, transfer and EU-representative configuration.
