DATE AND WITHDRAWAL

AVR applies a conservative standard route: the call takes place no earlier than day 15 after contract conclusion. Where applicable consumer law provides a 14-day withdrawal period, this preserves it in full.
An earlier date requires your express request and separate acknowledgement. This is not a general waiver. Full performance occurs only when both the live analysis and strategy memorandum have been delivered.

Price and service
Total price USD 149: USD 119 for the 45-minute live analysis and USD 30 for the personal memorandum within 48 hours. Applicable taxes or currency conversion are shown before the payment order in Stripe.
Contract and payment
Before Stripe, AVR documents the selected timing route, required information and, where relevant, both early-start declarations. Stripe Checkout must display the total price and an unambiguous payment obligation. Contract and payment confirmation are provided electronically on a durable medium.
Timing
Under the standard route, the appointment is scheduled no earlier than day 15. An earlier date requires two separate voluntary declarations. Mandatory consumer law of the client’s country remains unaffected.
Professional boundary
AVR structures, prepares and coordinates. Authorities, banks and other institutions decide independently. No residence status, account, tax outcome, investment or processing time is guaranteed.
